Lyrical/Tap (ages 7-10)

Service Description

Lyrical is performed to music that has lyrics that are inspirational to the dancer or choreographer and focuses on the expression of the emotion that the song conveys. Movements in lyrical are characterized by fluidity and grace. Rhythmic patterns and musicality will be key in tap class. Dancers will learn to tap different music patterns and connect steps together by striking their feet on the floor. X Squad is an annual tuition (September-June) and this registration constitutes a commitment to the entire season. New in 2023/2024, all participants will be enrolled in autopay and tuition will be charged to your credit or debit card on the 1st of the month. All participants will be invited to perform in our X Squad Showcase in June 2024. A costume fee of $65 per routine will be charged.
