ERIN Vitalos-Banning
Co-Director and Co-Owner
Erin is classically trained in all forms of dance and acrobatics. From the age of 12 years old she trained weekly in New York City in classical ballet, tap, jazz, lyrical, and hip hop. She was on scholarship at Broadway Dance Center in NYC and was an original member of T.A.P. Company based in Philadelphia. As a key member in the company she had the opportunity to frequently perform with such greats as James "Buster" Brown and LaVaughn Robinson. She attended Marymount Manhattan College in New York City where she was on dance and academic scholarship as a BFA dance major.
Erin has received numerous choreography awards throughout the United States and has had the opportunity to teach and choreograph dance in over 30 states. She has been on tour as a musical theater, jazz, and lyrical instructor for national dance competitions/conventions. Erin was also one of three choreographers who choreographed pieces for the US Team at the International Dance Festival in Beijing, China. Over her years of teaching, her students have really impacted the world of dance. They have been featured dancers/actors in movies and television programs including Hairspray, Step Up, MTV's America's Best Dance Crew, So You Think You Can Dance, and The Radio City Rockettes. Erin also has ballet students who are dancing with professional companies including Ballet West and The Oregon Ballet. Erin continues to travel the country as a judge, master teacher, and choreographer in all forms of dance. When she is not in the studio, she enjoys spending time with her family.

CHERI Demko
Co-Director and Co-Owner
Cheri has been a part of the dance and acrobatic world for 65 years. She has been a featured dancer on Steel Pier in Atlantic City, Chief Halftown Show filmed in Philadelphia PA, Al Albert's Showcase, and Ted Mack Amateur Hour in New York City. Cheri has been a certified teacher and member of Dance Masters of America and Dance Educators of America for the last 50 years. She owned and operated her own studio KC School of Dance for 20 years in Allentown, PA.

Cheri is Acorbatic Arts certified . Over her 50 years of teaching experience her students have been featured in numerous broadway shows and television productions. Cheri was also a dance mom for over 30 years to her two daughters Erin and Devon which makes her the perfect liaison to our families. She currently is the Co-Owner and Director of X Squad Dancers where her love and passion for her students shines through on a daily basis.

JENNIFER Holland
Instructor
Jen began dancing at age three in Pittsburgh, PA at Cervi’s School for Performing Arts where she eventually studied privately with Larry Cervi. From Pittsburgh, she moved to Dayton, OH where she took masters dance classes in contemporary, jazz, and ballet at the University of Cincinnati and earned a BA in education. While in Ohio, Jen danced with and choreographed for DCDC (Dayton Contemporary Dance Company) and the Dayton Dance Ensemble. Jennifer went on to teach middle school science while continuing her love of the arts by teaching music and dance in the evenings to ages four through adults. Jennifer shared her love of dance with students by choreographing many full length shows including Godspell and A Midsummer’s Night Dream. Jen is a former Teacher of the Year for the state of Ohio and currently teaches science at Worcester Preparatory School in Berlin, MD.

MADDI Pierre
Instructor
Maddi began dancing at age four and has trained in lyrical, contemporary, classical ballet, jazz, tap, hip-hop, and musical theater throughout the years. Maddi grew up performing on the eastern shore, attending conventions, and represented the state of Maryland twice at Dance Excellence in Los Angeles, CA. In 2010, Maddi joined X Squad as a competition team member and has been part of the X Family ever since. During her time competing with X Squad, Maddi won numerous group and individual awards. After her time as a competitive dancer, Maddi went on to receive a minor in dance from Salisbury University. She loves to share her passion for dance with both recreational and competitive dancers as an instructor and choreographer.

MORGAN King
Instructor
Morgan began dancing at the age of 2 and trained in contemporary, lyrical, jazz, ballet/pointe, tap, hip-hop and acrobatics. Morgan also trained in various styles of theater and has performed in multiple professional Off-Broadway musicals. In 2010, Morgan joined X Squad Dancers’ competition team and had the opportunity to learn from industry professionals such as JC Renzetti, Jill Wollins, among others. In competitions, Morgan won many awards for group, duo and solo performances.
In 2015 & 2016, Morgan worked as a magician’s assistant, dancer and choreographer at Six Flags with magician Joe Romano. The same year, Morgan began teaching dance at several dance studios across the state of Delaware. Beginning in 2016, Morgan worked for Starpower National Talent Competition for 6 seasons; traveling around the United States and internationally. Morgan’s choreography has been performed representing Delaware at Dance Excellence in Los Angeles and has earned choreography awards at various competitions.
Morgan loves that she was able to return “home” to X Squad Dancers as an instructor and is eager to share her passion for dance with the next generations of dancers to come! This past year she also became a mom!

JEN Lee
Instructor
Jen Lee began her training in Maryland as a member of a competitive dance company that earned many regional and national titles. Classically and commercially versatile, she trained across all forms of dance. She was selected to represent Maryland as a state delegate at the Dance Excellence Festival in Long Beach, CA, where she was invited to join The Young Americans, a national touring performance company. A scholarship recipient and graduate of the John Robert Powers School and Agency, Jen was honored with the Miss Modeling Association of America Award. She has also worked closely with the Young Actors Theatre in Reston, VA and her work has been showcased at the Kennedy Center with Joy of Motion Center's Youth Dance Ensemble. Jen holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications with a minor in Dance from Salisbury University, where she was a member of SU’s Dance Company. With over 20 years of teaching experience, Jen has guided her students to top scores and earned recognition for her choreography at competitions nationwide.

BELLA Kiser
Instructor
Isabella Kiser, Miss Bella, has been dancing for over 17 years. Miss Bella is trained in ballet, lyrical, jazz, contemporary, hip hop, musical theater and tap. As a performer, Miss Bella received invitations to perform at various Star Dance Alliance National Opening Routines and invitations to participate in Power Pak. Over the years, Miss Bella has attended numerous dance conventions and dance clinics to expand her dance training. As an instructor, Miss Bella creates a positive and encouraging environment where dancers feel supported, challenged and inspired to reach their full potential.

CHLOE Holland
Apprentice
Chloe has been dancing since the age of two, beginning her training at M&M Studio in Pittsburgh, PA, where she was invited to join their invitation-only competition team at just four years old. After moving to West Ocean City at age six, she continued her training and competitive career with X Squad Dancers, studying for over ten years under Ms. Erin, Ms. Cheri, and Ms. Maddi in ballet, tap, jazz, contemporary, acro, hip hop, and lyrical. Chloe has gained valuable teaching experience by assisting in classes of all styles and regularly team teaching alongside Ms. Jen. For the past four years, she has also served as a lead counselor at Xsquad summer camps, where she has led her own groups of dancers and choreographed routines for end-of-week performances. Chloe genuinely loves working with children and is committed to creating a positive, inclusive environment where every dancer feels confident and excited to learn.
